The Creative Industry Skills Council is the lead industry body providing high-level strategic vocational education and training advice to ensure future skills development and enhanced workforce capacity in the creative industries.
The Skills Council facilitates collaboration between businesses, government and registered training providers at state and national levels to support economic growth within the creative industries in Queensland.

MUSIC TRAINING PACKAGE REVIEW
The new review is being undertaken by Linda Marson on behalf of Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA – the national Industry Skills Council) and is currently in phase two. IBSA anticipate that the new package will be released in 2009 as CUS09.
CISC have linked all the propsed qualifications and units and encourage you to Have Your Say.
We also have a current short survey for industry people that will help us with the review process.
